Simpson Optical - Meijer Way

As always, Simpson optical is great. They've always given personal, attentive service, and Dr. Bobby is extremely nice and thorough. Though it was a stressful process, he helped rule out a lot of potential issues with my eyes when it was uncertain what was going on. My glasses have also always turned out well.If I had any complaints, it would be that they are quite busy sometimes, and don't always have enough help for how busy they can be. Also, glasses can sometimes take a couple of weeks. Other than that, everything has always been great for the two to three years I've gone there.

The facility is very nice and in a convenient location. Staff was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Dr. Joe McMillan, at the Meijer Way location, has a great personality and took good care of me and at checkout the support staff answered all my insurance questions. It was all a good experience and I highly recommend.

Fantastic group at Simpson Optical!! Very friendly, professional group from the front desk, technicians, Dr and thorough check out. I only see Dr. Karen Karen McMillan at this group because she's the only Dr. that can get a correct eyeglass prescription. I've tried many other Drs, groups, etc, and they will all come up with the same prescription, but Dr. Karen is the only prescription that I can see from.She is always friendly, polite, and very easy to talk with about any questions or concerns. She doesn't rush through the appointment and gives you the utmost time and respect as her patient during your visit.
