“Coming from a 4 lb yorkie to a German Shepherd who has the possibility of growing to 75+ lbs, I decided that we needed assistance from a capable trainer to keep our sanity and home intact. I'd considered "board and train" trainers, but I wanted to be able to be involved in the training process so that our new addition, Leyna the GSD, would develop a stronger bond with my wife and I. We met Chris Miara for a "introductory" session, and immediately came to the conclusion that she is the right person for the job. We are now at 6 months old, and have been training with Chris for a couple of those months. My wife and I are very impressed with the results and how Leyna, our GSD is shaping up to be. Undoubtedly, we could NOT have done this without the help of Chris and the other ladies that assist in her training classes. Chris' advice and direction has not only made Leyna more pleasant, but it has also educated us on proper procedures and had helped to build (and continue building) the relationship we have with Leyna. She not only made sure we had what we asked for, but also saw other details that we needed and made sure they were taken care of. All of the staff was amazing. “We have two dogs that we board with Marlize, a small yorkie mix and a medium size red heeler mix. Our dogs are with us 24/7 so when we have to board them it is wonderful knowing they are enjoying their time and are in a safe environment.
