I can’t express enough how amazing Kim was for my home selling process! I originally reached out to her after seeing recommendations on social media. I decided that I wasn’t quite ready to move just yet and she was completely understanding and respectful of my situation. Fast forward to a year later and Kim made everything so easy for me. She checked in regularly but never overwhelmed me, which was exactly what I needed.I learned some tough lessons selling my first home. My husband and I decided this year to purchase our first home despite the crazy market! We found Kim from great reviews and decided to reach out. As first time home buyers we were clueless and had tons of questions. The same day I reached out to Kim she responded and we had a zoom meeting scheduled for the next day. She took time to explain the whole process to us and showed us documents we would sign throughout the process and answered all our questions. When it was time to start seeing houses Kim had excellent communication and got our showings scheduled right away and met us in cities all over!
