Deuce and his team were awesome. He had our house under contract within a few days of listing. They were able to work the timing out perfectly so we closed on the house we were selling and buying the same day. I will always recommend the Deuce Kirk team.

As an investor I’ve purchased several homes through the Deuce Kirk Real Estate Team and am always so thankful for their guidance. Deuce and Amy are knowledgeable, professional, patient and sensitive to the specific needs of individual clients. When unforeseen issues arose during our most recent transaction involving 2 homes (both selling and purchasing), they were totally on top of them. They scheduled the necessary contractors (they know everyone!) and both Deuce and Amy met them at the house and FaceTimed to keep me in the loop when I was out of town. We sold our house with Deuce’s help the day after it was listed. He and Amy made wonderful suggestions to make sure it moved quickly. They saw to both the big picture and the details. Nothing fell through the cracks. They also helped us find our dream home in our price range, and we can’t thank them or recommend them enough!
