I can’t express enough how amazing Kim was for my home selling process! I originally reached out to her after seeing recommendations on social media. I decided that I wasn’t quite ready to move just yet and she was completely understanding and respectful of my situation. Fast forward to a year later and Kim made everything so easy for me. She checked in regularly but never overwhelmed me, which was exactly what I needed.I learned some tough lessons selling my first home. My husband and I decided this year to purchase our first home despite the crazy market! We found Kim from great reviews and decided to reach out. As first time home buyers we were clueless and had tons of questions. The same day I reached out to Kim she responded and we had a zoom meeting scheduled for the next day. She took time to explain the whole process to us and showed us documents we would sign throughout the process and answered all our questions. When it was time to start seeing houses Kim had excellent communication and got our showings scheduled right away and met us in cities all over! My favorite part about working with Kim and her husband was how honest they were about houses. They would point out flaws in houses and never tried to rush us or sell us something they knew was a bust. We finally found a perfect home to put our first offer on and Kim worked around mine and my husband's crazy work schedule to get everything submitted. She helped us through the process and explained everything step by step. To our luck, our offer was accepted! It was a great feeling and everything was so smooth! Kim went above and beyond to schedule our inspection and helped us find a perfect lender. She attended the closing with us and you can tell that she LOVES what she does! I highly recommend working with Kim and her husband for all your home buying needs! We are so happy!
