I called because I had a problem with my Expansion Tank falling over. Both Mike L. and Donnie were on time and were surprised when I showed them the problem. We discussed how to fix it so it wouldn’t happen again and they got to work. They were both personal and professional listening to my concerns and answering my questions. Would recommend them in the future should I need help again – I hope I don’t though.

The numbers may shock you when it comes to having repairs/replacements made but Fast Flow was the best value by far and their professionalism and friendliness is the icing on the cake. I had my water tank cleaned by them and eventually came to the conclusion that I needed a replacement and decided to go with a tankless water heater. They were informative without being complicated and made the whole process really simple/easy for me. Another thing that really stood out to me was how clean they left our house. They were able to schedule me in quickly, too! I love knowing I have a reliable source should I run into other issues in the future. Thank you!
