I handed him laptop I recently slapped linux onto, not realizing that this guy was more familiar with windows (I was a bad customer and dumb consumer and did not pay good enough attention to his site). He took it in stride and wound up testing the problem on both operating systems, then handed me back my machine both fixed and rolled back to the state I gave it to him in. I appreciate the extra effort. It would've been reasonable to leave rolling it back to me since I didn't bother to check if he had experience with linux and it was a fresh install anyway. But he still took the extra couple of minutes to restore my drive. Saved me a lot of hassle.“
