My computer was hacked on a Thursday afternoon. I called Repair It and was told to turn it off and bring it in immediately. I got my computer back on Monday. The charge was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them and return if I ever need assistance again.
My Dell Inspiron Laptop screen was damaged and was no longer functioning. After going to Geek Squad at Best Buy. Was told that they would potentially have to wipe my computer and it could take up to 17 days for the process to complete. Then I called Nick at Repair IT, was quick to respond & effectively listen to my issue. We came to an agreement and the process began. Ultimately, Nick was able to pick up my computer and have it back fixed incredibly fast once my new screen came in. Couldn't be happier with the experience and customer service skills. Nick is a legend. Go see him if you have IT issues.
