Thank you so much for taking care of my dogs. They are a little pricey but they love me dogs. Simeon my BMD had severe diarrhea for two days, It was a nightmare. Everything was back to normal right after the vet visit. I took him to the vet yesterday afternoon and they said He had an intestinal infection. They gave him a Baytril and Dexamethasone injection and put him on Metronidazole pills. It cleared it right up.
I recommend them 100%.

JEN Plumbing is always my first call when it comes to anything plumbing related. Donald is great to work with and has done a number of jobs for us in our home. These jobs include taking care of the plumbing work in the bathroom of our basement we were finishing, replacing the toilets throughout our home, replacing outdoor water faucets/spigots (including installing a shutoff valve inside), and kitchen faucet installation. Donald is polite, professional, and reasonably priced. I will continue to rely on JEN for all of our plumbing needs.

I have been using this company for service and repairs for years, at different homes I've owned. But last week was my first time to get a brand new furnace and AC unit installed. Stan is over new installations. He came out and gave me a quote. Explained my options of the different systems available to me. Stan was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in depth. I appreciated that very much. I chose the system I wanted, things were ordered, and installation date was set. The installation team arrived promptly and did a fantastic job!!! They taught me how to use my new high tech thermostat, and showed me different things about my new system. The whole experience of getting my new heating and AC system has been amazing! I use to go here years ago and then moved out of the area. I’ve been to several salons in Ohio but have not found a place with consistent quality and a good product. I still have family in Independence so decided one day while I was in the area to go back and try it. I was glad that Don and Lisa were still there and that the quality and product were as good as I remembered. It’s with the drive from Mason! I highly recommend this place!

I love Dr. Bach and everyone I have encountered that works there. Bach does what he does because he loves animals and wants to help. I have ferrets and he is one of very few vets that can treat them because they are considered exotic, but thee only charg half, if not more than half of what any other vet charges.
Everything was great! The front office & technicians are all SMILEY! Dr. Kang was friendly & funny! He fixed my broken teeth & even made time for an unscheduled cleaning! There was absolutely NO pressure for braces or Invisalign, even though I definitely need 1 of them! I will absolutely be back!! Before & after photos will follow soon!
I was glad to discover a firm offering an emergency loan with bad credit because I was dealing with an unforeseen bill and a difficult credit history. It was genuinely admirable how kind and willing they were to help in difficult circumstances.
I will never go anywhere else! I am extremely terrified of getting teeth pulled and not being numb all the way and feeling that pain, I finally came to a point where I had to have 2 back molars removed as they had broke off so much they were to the gums and were starting to hurt! I decided to give Independence Family Dental a try and made an appointment, I am sitting in the chair scared to death (mind you I’m not scared of to much) trying to stay and appear calm Dr. Masters came in and starts talking to me and he has the most amazing bedside manner and he could sense that I was very scared and took the time to make sure that I was numb and also gave me an option to get a novacain shot that lasted 6 hours and I took it and after he made sure I was numb he proceeded with getting the 2 teeth out and also explained to me that he needed to put in a few stitches and that they would dissolve in a few days. Can I say that Dr. Masters is completely Fantastic!! I had to make another appointment 2 months after having the teeth removed for some bone left from the teeth that needed removing and again Dr. Masters to my rescue he had the same bedside manner he had on my first visit and he took great care of me, come to find out it wasn’t bone but I must have scraped my gums in the back of my mouth and exposed my jaw bone and he made sure that he explained what it was and the best way to resolve the issue would be to shave/file down the piece of bone spur so that my gum could heal properly and close up as it was extremely painful where the gum was broke open from the bone spur breaking through! Dr. Masters will be the one and only dentist that I work with for the rest of my days he is really just a super kind and gentle dentist!

Hair type: I have Coarse stubborn hair. A lot of it. Never falls the same way. Stylist did a great job cutting and styling my hair exactly the way l wanted it. A lot of patience was utilized. Great job!!! I love my hair. ?
