“We received several estimates to have our unit replaced, I was looking for a quality company with a reasonable price, and that’s exactly what we got. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and kept us updated every step of the way, from the initial arrival to give us an estimate, to the actual installation. This is not a company with a thousand different employees, the owner was the one who installed our unit. It’s his company and you can tell he values his customers and works hard to make sure they get service he can be proud of. Even with this being an owner operated place he still has some of the luxuries that you only see with large companies. We received texts allowing us to see when he was on the way to our home, our contract was also received and easily accepted online. However he supplied us with his number in case we had any questions the contract didn’t answer. I will highly recommend Convection to those looking for a top of the line heating and air installer.“

“Our A/C went out during one of the hottest weeks of the year. They repaired a part on our unit and got the air going quickly. When another issue came up the next day, they came out within an hour of the call. Alex got the air going again, ordered a new part and said he would have it fixed as soon as the part came in. He assured us that we would have a cold house until the part came in after the holiday. If by chance there were any issues, they would be out right away. They worked around our crazy work schedule. Bailey came with the new part a few days later, fixed the A/C, cleaned up the area and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Alex and Bailey were a delight to work with. They answered all our questions, were very prompt and professional.“

“My furnace went out on Christmas Eve 2022. I called several companies to get emergency service and they all told me it would be 3 days or more before anyone could come out! I called Givens & Son and got a hold of Mr. Givens who was able to come out in a couple of hours! He checked it out and it was determined to be a bad motor!! The furnace was old and I had been advised in the past that it could go out at anytime and that I should think about replacing it! I decided instead of trying to just replace the motor which would have to be ordered depending on if they could find that part to go ahead and replace the furnace! I had it installed three days later and it went smoothly!! The job was completed within four or four hours and the guys that did the install did a good job of cleaning up afterwards and gave me the instructions on the usage of the thermostat!! “I was in need of an HVAC referral and a friend told me about Don Leber & Sons. They are a local, family owned and operated business which I always prefer. I called them and they promptly came out to do an A/C tune up and a couple of other small things needed. Then, about 2 months later I had them come back out to do a furnace tune up. These guys are really nice and easy to work with as far as scheduling and communicating goes. Their prices are very fair and I felt like they were available to answer any questions I had as well as helping to explain things that I otherwise would have no clue about when it comes to heating and cooling stuff.
