They were also great at trouble shooting and problem solving. Additionally Build It Brothers was able to fit me into their schedule quickly, probably because it didn't bother me to have work being done during the holiday season. Not only did they manage to complete every phase of the work ahead of time, but they also finished the entire project a month ahead of the projected completion date. The quality of their work is beautiful, and I couldn't be more pleased.

Even when minor issues like a defective pipe welding arose, they were immediately responsive and resolved the problems quickly. Fast forward 7 months later in July 2024, I had a mystery leak in the new bathroom. Despite not being sure if it was related to their work, they came out the morning after I emailed them. They quickly determined that the leak was coming from the kitchen above the new bathroom and, despite it having nothing to do with their work, they fixed it so I wouldn't have to call a plumber.

Build It Brothers went above and beyond my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch contractors. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail are second to none.
