We used Anew Surface to refinish a bathtub that had been previously painted by a handyman. The company was responsive to my inquiries and the worker was prompt to arrive on scheduled date and time. The service was very professionally done and I appreciated additional information that Ian shared with me as far as the curing/drying process and care of the finished tub. Honestly it looked like a brand new bathtub. Ian cleaned up after his work and called me in an appropriate time frame that allowed for my return home prior to his leaving. Anew was responsive and quick to quote. Scheduling was easy, their preparation guide was clear and thorough. You have to sign and return it to be scheduled for service, which is sensible considering the service. House is stinky but to be expected, it will pass. Payment was easy, all online. I'll be calling Anew anytime I need this type of work. We got our tub done. Thanks Ian.
