“I am going into my 4th week with THE CAV Fitness - Jeffersontown and I keep thinking how sometimes we receive what we didn't know we needed. That's exactly how I feel here.
I looked around for a gym to be a little more active and I found the girl power behind THE CAV! When I talked to Dex about the benefits, he was open and honest about the steps and the mission behind THE CAV.
I signed up for Foundations to help me understand the basic movements I would expect during classes. I was in a great deal of pain afterwards, but is that my fault for not keeping up with my activity throughout the years? Yes, yes it is.
Here's where THE CAV goes above and beyond. It's about community. The coaches reach out and check up on you, help you navigate that pain and work out. I was out of town for work during one of these weeks and they sent me the sets to work on at my hotel, even asking for a video of the hotel gym to understand the equipment I had to work with. The other members ask how you're doing, encourage you and even help you through sets. It's about continuing to move among people who care.

Knowledgeable coaches help with form and movement cues while keeping the atmosphere fun and friendly. I’ve made working out here part of my regular fitness routine and it has never felt boring or repetitive like other large gyms have for me in the past. Members and coaches are positive and encouraging. As a person who appreciates data, the gym uses an App where you can track your weights/times/etc to monitor your progress and gains over time. Just a great environment all around!“
“Highly recommend Jeff. I went in already down 100 pounds battling major health issues and in just a few short months I have seen significant results. Small gym setting allows for a anxiety free 1 on 1 workout. Without Jeff I’d still be sitting in a commercial gym parking lot working up the courage to go inside.“

“F45 is the best workout! Cardio days and Weight days make for a great all body workout. The owners Joe and Serena run a great studio and you can tell they genuinely care about your safety, progress and technique. I would recommend F45 to anyone. And it's only 45 minutes, but you work your butt off in those 45 minutes!!“
“LOVE this place - in particular the St Matthews location and staff. Small setting and very attentive instructors. Workouts are challenging for 20 minutes and reasonable rates for group or personal coaching compared to others in town. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“The staff works very hard; they’re some of the best I’ve seen.Unfortunately, the equipment isn’t great despite looking nice. One proper leg extension/curl machine for the entire gym, and they’re often being serviced. Attachment optiond are limiting too; all fat grips on straight bar. Don’t expect to get you ideal workout in. Lots of great, cool people; plenty of newbies with no gym etiquette too thoughUpdate:some equipment has been added to increase availability on heavy-traffic machines. I.e. two peck deck machines. For a good workout, it’s best to go before 4:30pm or after 8:00pm as traffic thins out(like any commercial gym). Staff still freaking rocks. Pretty responsive to say the least.“
“Anytime Fitness is an excellent place to train. I enjoy the fact at certain times it isn’t real busy so you don’t have to worry who is watching you. Go train and enjoy your gain!“
