“i saw Sam and he was so sweet, informative, and easy to talk to. he really knows what he’s doing and talks you through everything, explains what he’s doing, allows time for any questions, and was constantly asking me if the pressure was okay. i’ve never really had a massage therapist do that, and i’m someone who has trouble speaking up if something is wrong.
