She walked me through steps related to training my puppy, sent me follow-up materials (written and video), and followed up with me to see how things were going. They scanned him for microchip and gave me the phone number to contact the company that put me in contact with the owner and now the owner is coming Saturday from Memphis, Tennessee to pick him up.“

He is my Bash's groomer and does an awesome job.We have been with Joel since Bash was a pup and now 2yrs. old.Bash is a spoiled Goldendoodle and Joel maintains him beautifully.He is pretty much on a routine twenty-eight day grooming schedule.Bash has a little "separation anxiety" but Joel knows how to soothe and calm him.He relaxes and walks him back.“

We were able to be seen even though our appointment was dropped from the schedule. I know that can be frustrating trying to make the extra time, but we never felt like the care was rushed or anything other than stellar.“
