My partner and I went for a spa package to celebrate our anniversary. We've never been to a place like this before and we were so impressed. The staff were lovely and kind. We were checked on multiple times throughout our time there. We were able to spend time in the private quiet room, had a variety of drinks, and had lunch. The facility was clean and peaceful. Our massages were great and geared towards our preferences. The hydrating facial was lovely. My partner was suggested a few products after her facial, but there was no pressure to purchase anything and they put her recommendations under her profile in case she wanted to purchase at a later date. Sent my wife here for a maternity day spa treatment and she loved it. The staff was super helpful in scheduling the session and explained it all very well.
Recommend for any dad or guy looking to send their lady on a restful relaxation day spa trip.
I am in love with this place!!! I was in Cincinatti at the end of last month for a baseball game. I had a facial with Christy and a body treatment/massage with Twyla. The services were both amazing! The hydro facial was amazing and I can still see the results! That massage healed my body and honestly the pains have not come back! The facility is clean and all the front desk staff were amazing and above and beyond on the phone and in person! I will definitely be back. It’s rare to have such a great spa experience on vacation.
