“10/10. Had the best experience! I have microbladed eyebrows and noticed the dye expanded and got thicker near my arches. Dr. Mamari was able to sculpt away the excess dye. I went to another laser removal place in Ky who wanted to completely remove the microblading all together, which would leave scarring and no eye brows. I needed someone specialized in cosmetic laser removal. I will say- he is straight to the point. Blunt, but in a good way. The staff are so helpful and kind. I saw other complaining about the forms you fill out in the office. I think the questions on the intake form about high school/occupation are used for conversation starters...he looked at mine and talked to me about my occupation. Not a big deal, don't fill it out if you don't like it.“

“Carol Kalan is amazing, I am transgender and transitioned in my early 30's needless to say there was a ton of hair. From the start Carol was upfront with me and wanted to make sure I was absolutely positive about what I was doing. She then let me know that I had to be entirely committed to the process if we were going to be able to get the results I wanted. I followed her instructions and the results were jaw dropping I have not shaved in years and my skin is gorgeous and as soft as a baby's bottom. Also, in the process I made a great friend we still talk to this day. So when she told me about this Nick character leaving her a bad review simply because Carol was honest with him and told him she did not feel comfortable working with tattoos and grafted skin. I became infuriated and felt it was due time I let people know what an exceptional job Carol did for me I honestly don't know where I would be without her she is the best. I am sorry Nick, Carol is honest and she tells you things the way they are not the way you want them to be. Here Nick, I'll give you some advice pick up the phone call someone else, and move on. Do not write a review on a service you never received. I love carol I love her work and fortunate are the few that get in to see her.“
