Faith & Allen…where do I begin!!? I was always the person bouncing from salon-to-salon trying to find “my” stylist! One of those times, I fell into Morgan’s (now co-owner of F&A)chair at Cloud 9. I was honestly blown away by her!! Not only is she an amazing human being, but she put my hair’s health above anything! From that day forward, I have followed her to opening up her own place with Kristi at Salon lofts, to opening up their dream salon! My hair has never been better and I have Morgan to thank for that! The new F&A salon is a dream ? so beautiful! The staff and entire environment are so welcoming and you get what you pay for…which is PERFECTION! Highly recommend 10/10! The cut came out amazing, I went from very long mid-back length hair to a 2-3 fade with sideburns blended and about a 4 inch top. Great experience for my first haircut in 4 years. Highly recommend!

Staff is great and the treatment has been wonderful . The facility however is not the most handicapped accessible. My mother is in a wheelchair and we struggle each visit for her to reach her body up high enough to the machine to get snapshots of her inner eyes. Exam rooms are extremely small and it’s a struggle to get her up into the exam chairs. The treatment has no doubt saved her vision though.
During my visit to Dr. Wilson for ear lobe repair surgery, I was impressed by the excellent reputation he has and the exceptional care he provides to his patients.
Despite feeling extremely anxious about the procedure, Dr. Wilson alleviated all my concerns by thoroughly explaining each step of the surgery beforehand. His extensive experience in the field was evident through his transparency and expertise.

While no one looks forward to going to the dentist, the team at Beiting Family Dentistry makes it as positive an experience as possible! The entire team is friendly, responsive, and efficient! There is NEVER a long wait (if there is a wait at all)! Dr. Beiting takes the fear and pain out of each procedure. I just got a filling done and was in and out in under 30 minutes! I have fairly severe TMJ issues and Dr. Beiting does whatever it takes to not irritate my joint, including frequent pauses to give my jaw a rest. The Beiting practice is professional and ethical! I don’t trust anyone else to do my dental work!

I saw Jessica for a lash lift and tint. The results were beautiful and dramatic!!First, I loved how clean the location was, and how incredibly professional the front desk, and staff was from booking my appointment to check out.Jessica explained every step of what she was doing with my lashes, and would constantly ask how I was feeling along the way. The service was comfortable, and when I opened my eyes I could not believe the amazing results of my lash lift and tint, and I will not have to wear a mascara for weeks! Yaay!! I am so glad I did this and am doing the membership so I can get a discount on my next visit. This will be a lifetime service for me!!!!

I would give them more stars if that was an option! My 88-year-old mother said she had the best dental appointment of her life, which has involved MANY dental appointments. She said the dentist, Dr. Rhiti, and her assistant took such good care of her. They paused frequently during her cavity filling process and were very kind. She also said that when it was time to leave, the staff overheard her calling my also 88 year old dad to ask for help getting from the office to the car and they offered to help her get her to the car. I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of my parents when I can't
Kelsey the Medical Assistant and Secretary for Dr. Nichols is absolutely fabulous. I have had 7 spine fusions and just had a spinal stimulator surgery on 12/19/23. Kelsey has been wonderful with follow-up and answering any questions every time I've had to call. She is extremely friendly and cares about the patients needs. I have had 4 of the procedures at Mayfield and wish I would have stayed with them. A great surgeon is fabulous to have and Dr. Nichols is just that but, if the do not have an outstanding Medical Assistant your follow-up and care seem less important or bothersome for them and causing depression, anxiety and agitation for the patient. Well, Kelsey is exactly the opposite. I still remember when Dr. Mullins at Mayfield did my surgery in 2004, his Medical Assistant was Linda and she left such an impression I have never forgot her. Kelsey will be the same. Excellent job, Dr. Nichols in hiring such a great employee and asset to your team and the Mayfield Brain and Spine facility. Kelsey, you just keep being you!
I bring my kid here for tennis lessons. They have a decent lobby to relax on couches or power my laptop to work while waiting. I can also watch my kid from the upper level during the classes. Has guest Wi-Fi. The staff at the reception area seems friendly.

My partner and I went for a spa package to celebrate our anniversary. We've never been to a place like this before and we were so impressed. The staff were lovely and kind. We were checked on multiple times throughout our time there. We were able to spend time in the private quiet room, had a variety of drinks, and had lunch. The facility was clean and peaceful. Our massages were great and geared towards our preferences. The hydrating facial was lovely. My partner was suggested a few products after her facial, but there was no pressure to purchase anything and they put her recommendations under her profile in case she wanted to purchase at a later date. Our pedicures were great! Just wish they had a larger color selection, but that's not a huge deal. We felt celebrated and were grateful to have a positive experience, especially being a queer couple. We will definitely be returning for our next anniversary!
Trish Osborne does my hair at Dillard's in Crestview Hills. She does a phenomenal job on my hair! And her cuts are amazing! She knows I don't like to primp on my hair so she cuts it just perfect so when I get up in the morning I just brush it and spray it and go! She is very kind and listens to what you want her to do. She is just a very sweet classy lady! I won't go to anyone else.
