“Originally, my wife and I were going to buy a classic decor elfa kit online. On a whim, we decided to stop into the store to see if they had a similar model for us to look at. We had the pleasure of meeting Brian, who was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He really took the time to understand what we wanted and offered solutions that made sense. We had to leave for an appointment close by and told him we’d be returning in around 30-mins while he worked on 2 design quotes for us. We were so happy to see he continued to work on those quotes and was ready to discuss our options when we returned. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we both are looking forward to our new closet! Often times it feels simpler to purchase things online, but sales associates like Brian serve to remind us of the reason why some purchases are best made in-person.“
