I used Nest for my first staging experience. I've heard all the stats on the impact home staging can have when selling, but I was still so surprised with the results. We used Nest Home Designs to stage our home this past spring. This was our first time selling a house and I was being told again and again to stage our home, even though it was a sellers market. The price was very reasonable for staging several rooms including two bedrooms, living room, family room, kitchen. I thought it would make the house look better than if it were empty, but I didn’t know how much better it would look. I was truly blown away when she sent the staging photos over. I've worked with Nest twice and both of my properties were under contract within days! We are so happy we decided to invest in staging because we made the money back (and much more) very quickly while avoiding continued mortgage payments.
