Grain Design Flooring has been incredibly flexible and easy to work with. We've had a unique situation where a bathroom renovation stalled our floor refinishing - we had to reschedule multiple times and ultimately asked if we could pause while we sorted through this other renovation. Jason was beyond understanding and even provided us with contacts for a bathroom contractor. We are SO excited to use Grain and pick back up with our wood floor refinishing and know that we will be well taken care of!

I can’t speak highly enough about the Grain Design crew and their professionalism. They call when they say they will call, they show up when they are scheduled and they are polite, pleasant to be around and considerate of all your belongings when they work on your floors. I completely trusted them in my house while I was gone to add to our existing hardwood floors and buff out the old scratches the old wood had endured. The end result was even better than I anticipated. They cleaned up throughly each day and were very meticulous in lining up our current floors and also matching the stain to the newly installed ones. They also got rid of almost all the surface scratches in an over all buffing of the existing floors. They look amazing. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work and work ethic and I would hire them again in a heart beat. Thank you Grain Design!

Jason and his guys at Grain Designs do a remarkable job. the are on time, professional and polite, stay on task, and are very knowledgeable. I have had them do a few flooring projects and honestly wouldn't shop anywhere else for my flooring needs.
