I am so grateful that Pat was highly recommended to me, because working with him has been a godsend! I have two border collies, one of which came to me with no socialization at a year old and she was displaying aggression toward my older dog and other dogs. I was lost about how to deal with this as aggression had never been a thing I've had to handle and Pat really came through for us! Not only is he incredibly gifted in training techniques and tailoring regimens to suit the individual dog or lifestyle of the person, he is deeply compassionate and shows that for both the dogs and people he works with! Let's face it, complex behavioral issues in our dogs can be absolutely heartbreaking and even on days I wanted to cry, Pat came through with so much encouragement and support for both me and my two dogs. I also had the privilege of watching him work with dogs on snake aversion training, and his knowledge, dedication, and skill is amazing to behold! R Best Excavation did a great job! Ric advised me of the variables, including the weight of blocks, cement, etc. put in the dumpsters required for my project. The final cost was higher than expected due to the amount of heavy debris. He worked non-stop and now my land looks beautiful. Thank you, Ric.
We called to have a water heater installed. Robert and Quentin came out and installed a new 40 gallon electric water heater for us. They were super friendly, answered every question I had, and provided service that we know we can count on. Will definitely call Shelly Toles in the future for all of our plumbing needs!
