“My home is built on a slab and I had been having trouble off and on with water backing up in the drain in my laundry room. I had my local plumber, who is very trustworthy, look at it a number of times. The last time there here they said part of the pipe needed to be replaced which was bowed. This meant a major job of tearing up and putting back. A very expensive endeavor. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and called Vessels. They came today, ran a camera under the house and said it looked clear. We explained to them what we had been told. Jason and Chris were so helpful and told us they did not see any problems under the house. They did discover a place in the line running from my house to the outside line which runs under my driveway. Our next step is to contact City to get that repaired as it’s on the City property. Jason and Chris took their time explaining the process to us and what they felt should be done. I was very impressed with Vessel’s response time and the extra time they took with us. Their solution was much, much better than our earlier estimate. I told Jason and Chris that they were my two favorite people today!!?“
