We had an issue with our new Generac home stand-by generator. It had previously been diagnosed by Generac as likely a bad battery charger and/or voltage regulator. When Tegan from Shockwave arrived, he was skeptical. When he checked it out, he found a wire missing that was supposed to run the battery charging system. He added the wire, ran the generator through its paces, and had it up and running correctly in just under an hour. We were very pleased with his knowledge and how quickly he had the issue resolved. I should also mention he was working in the rain and still maintained his pleasant personality. I would definitely call Shockwave again!

I visited Kate today and was expecting a regular cut and color but what I received instead was the best hair experience I’ve ever had! Kate spent time asking me detailed questions about my expectations and typical hair routine. I had no idea that she was a curl specialist! With curly hair, I’ve had some admittedly disappointing experiences in the past but this absolutely was not one of them. Kate helped me with a sustainable routine as well as gave me practical tips on hair products. I was shocked at the results and how fantastic my hair looked when I left. Kate was fantastic and I absolutely loved my hair when I walked out that door. I highly recommend visiting her, especially if you’re a curly girl!

Just got my extensions put in. Nicole did an amazing job. All of my hair snapped off from over bleaching and she's been helping me grow it back out the "right" way.
All I can say is Amber is amazing, and she nailed it. I have very thick hair and a lot of it. It is very difficult finding somebody who can cut hair like mine. It requires a lot of texturing and a lot of layering. Many people are afraid to do that much texturing. A friend of mine recommended Amber. Amber knew exactly what I was describing to her without question. One of the things that I like the most about her cutting style is that she cuts dry. She was able to see exactly what she needed to do and where she needed to do it. I told her I wanted something that was wash and go but yet still had texture and style. The haircut was quick, and it was spot on. She gets five stars for her technique, her customer service and her pricing. If you haven't given her a shot, you should try her out.

And of course a woman by herself would worry being out after dark anyway I decided that my husband needed the haircut worse than I did so she told us to be back in about a half an hour and when we got back she was still there and that was great made you feel good you know. The haircuts were only 12 hours but me and my husband both without speaking to the other one both gave her $20 she decided that she was going to stay and cut my hair too when I got back from doing an errand that I had to do down the street while he was getting his haircut I don't think I've ever had a better experience having my haircut she is the ? thank you so much. I brought my partner here on the way through town to have his haircut cleaned up for a special event. We were fit in right away despite being walk-ins. We missed the name of the man who helped us, but he did an excellent job. My partner looked sharp afterwards! He also gave him a close shave, which we didn’t come in for, but had him looking extra nice. My partner thinks it is one of the better haircuts and shaves he has gotten. The pricing was fair and we were happy with the service. My partner enjoyed chatting with his stylist, too, who was kind and friendly.

Precision took us as a walk-in just about at close. For a fade cut and beard trim was about 45$ and they did an amazing and fast job. We Tipped generously due to timing, us inconveniencing them and quality of the cut.

Cliff is the best: a fine gentleman and an excellent barber. Except for one Saturday in the early 80's when I went in and he had taken the weekend off and his then partner cut my hair, no one but him has cut my hair since 1972 - and I have lived in three different cities, all more than an hour drive away since 1981. They just don't come any better. Back in the 70's he had a cross stitch on the wall that said "It's getting thin and it's getting grey, can you cut it and comb it so it ain't that way?" D&J plumbing came in to replace all of the water lines and water heater in one of our houses.The job was done quickly and cleanly.About a week afterwards, I noticed some water dripping from one of the fittings on the water heater; when I called them back, they were quick to come back out and install an additional piece to help regulate water pressure to the house. Their second trip was done at no cost to us.It's hard to find people to care about doing business in an honorable way, I would unreservedly refer folks there way for any I would unreservedly refer folks there way for any plumbing needs plumbing needs.
Awesomely amazing service...especially their customer service. After waiting a month to get some plumbing fixed in my apartment after the property management company dropped the ball, they wound up having to hire Lower. They came out the next day and determined that they had to have access to the basement apartment. Three days later they came back. Having to deal with pushback from the basement tenant, they had to ask for assistance from the property management company. They, unfortunately, had to witness a pretty serious altercation between property management and the tenant. They held their own respectfully and were able to finish the job. Kennedy & Sam were my techs both times. Both were very personable and genuine in the service I provided.

I called them because I had a leak for a long time in my outside faucet. They were prompt in their communication and were able to address the issue. Kyler was awesome, timely and honest. Essentially, the faucet on my home is old and it didn't even require any actually work. He tightened what needed to be tightened and showed me in my basement where the shut off value is to prevent any further leaking. He advised that he wouldn't charge me anything since he didn't really "do anything" but I still paid him. Time is money and it's the holidays. His honesty and reassurance of the issue and his care of showing me how to do something myself was worth writing a check. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services when needed.

They offer suggestions for resolving my electrical needs and help me understand the alternative suggestions so that I can select the alternative best for me. They are considerate of my property. I recommend them to family and friends. They are not the least expensive electrical company in the area, but I am willing to pay for prompt, courteous and great service.

We have used Winston Brown for 2 projects. The first project was very unusual and Jake took it on when nobody else would. Jake with his experience and out of the box thinking hit it out of the park and we now have a incredible greenhouse. The carpenter Phil was a master at his craft, Matt and Brian were incredible at listening and follow through.
The second project was a patio covering and we wanted it to look like it had always been a part of the house. Again they go out of their way to make it come true. The carpenter was Steve and again the level of quality was amazing. Matt and Brian were again easy to work with.

Luckily, Jeff has historically scheduled my appts within a short time frame. (Last week, Jeff came to spray the next day.) Jeff is knowledgeable and kind. I have pets inside and out. I am a lover of all thing furry and scurry.
However, mice inside my home are not my favorite.
Danny and Terri have baited my house 2 years running now and it has been a tremendous relief to me and my daughter.
My cat? Not so much.
She will get over it.
Tonight, I was rearranging my room, which exposed a bait bag.
Thus followed incessant licking noises that just couldn't be ignored.
I got down to look, only to find my two dogs eating a poison pack.
I immediately called Terri and Danny to ask what to do.
They wasted absolutely no time in helping me trouble shoot the situation and make sure that my suicidal canines were and going to be okay!
Not many people would answer a late evening phone call or give any advice other than "call poison control."
These two showed great concern for my doggos and helped me through the situation flawlessly.
I am forever grateful for them and their help and concern as well as insuring that all of the fuzzy friends stay on the out of the side.
Brett and his team at Great Plains Pest Control are wonderful to work with! Several years ago, we bought a house in the country that had been empty for a number of years. We got new sod installed in May and had weeds growing up through the sod in July. I hired TruGreen to treat the weeds, and now it's October, and after 3 treatments, the lawn is weed free and looks amazing!

Wellnitz did a great job cleaning up some storm damage and taking down a few half-dead Redbud trees. They were very thorough and cleaned up all limbs, leaves, and sawdust. The price quoted in the estimate matched the invoice - no surprises. I also believe the price was reasonable for the amount of time it took (5 hours) for the four guys to do the work and clean it all up. I will call them again for future work.
Family Tree Care is a great company to work with. We had a huge tree removed from our front yard, had a neighbors tree trimmed away from our house and removed 2 stumps. They were professional, knowledgeable and gave us the most reasonable quote for all the work we needed done. We'd definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Very friendly and knowledgeable went above and beyond for me trying to figure out the cost to me. Made sure I was comfortable while they were removing my tooth. It was half gone. I have been to many chiropractors through the years. Dr. Stephens spends more time with a patient to ensure that he knows exactly what is causing their pain and then uses multiple modalities to treat the issue. His adjustments are very gentle compared to many chiropractors as he does not believe in overtreating. He uses the active release technique to relax the muscles adjoining a joint so that the adjustment to the joint requires much less effort. His popularity among patients from around the area is a testament to how well he treats each patient.

I want to share the experience I had with the decompression therapy. I had some neck pain along with numbness and tingling in my left arm. Dr Beckley thought I should try the decompression table to help the problem. I was skeptical at first. In fact the first few times I felt it was not helping and I almost discontinued the treatment. I hung in there and after about 10 treatments (not sure how many) the tingling and numbness was completely gone. It’s been almost 2 months now and I am still doing great. Thought I was headed to a neurosurgeon, but I am rejoicing the symptoms are gone with no surgery! Thank you Dr Beckley!!

I've been seeing Dr LaValley for more than 6 years now. I was referred to him from a friend when I was dealing with some neck/back pain that had me laid up and unable to turn my head.
I'm not a fan of the POPPING of my neck and was thrilled when he pulled out a pressure pen. I was quickly back on my feet a couple of days post adjustment and now visit anytime I'm having discomfort. I don't expect miracles depending on my situation when I visit, but most of time I walk about feeling better than when I walked in and then within a day or two after, I'm back to normal.
Appreciate the NO PRESSURE to schedule an appt approach as well as the walk-in option.

Burlingame not only took our pup last minute (and I mean LAST minute!) They cared well for her, let me visit in the evening, and even provided a free nail trim, knowing that we were from out of town. I was overwhelmed to tears by their generosity. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Everyone was so lovely and helpful. They were also super informative and great with my rat. I needed to have her teeth trimmed and couldn’t find anywhere near me that was able to, and they were able to squeeze me in. It was slightly more expensive than I was expecting but I absolutely recommend them and will 100% be going back.

WhiteLine gives amazing training from all instructors, trainers, owners! They make you feel very welcome and want to see you succeed in your future. They work with you on everything from start to finish. They help you understand anything you might be struggling in. The classroom instructor has to be the best teacher I have ever had. He teaches you in a way you understand, he will also get further into helping people for them to understand. The driver instructors are the best! I was struggling with some maneuvering and James helped me work on it until I got it down. If you’re wanting to get your CDL I highly recommend White Line CDL training, they are amazing people who want to help anyone! Definitely worth the cost.
