It's honestly life changing! You burn so many calories and feel so amazing when you're done. If you try it once, you'll definitely be back. They even have a community night Wednesday's at 7pm where you can try it out for $10 cash or $13 debit/credit. So glad I signed up!

I haven’t been to a warm/hot yoga class in ages. Diedre did an excellent job guiding our class through all the different poses and segments of the class, all while allowing everyone to choose how best their individual practices would look/feel. Such a great introduction back to the warm room! Thank you, Lava & Diedre! If you’re considering giving it a try, I highly recommend them both! Namasté!

First time going to a yoga class, and I LOVED it !!!! The warm lava yoga was the best thing ever. Something I enjoyed and didn't know how much I needed it. Thank you!! I'll be returning, regularly !!!
