When given the opportunity to do their job professionally, OT can offer invaluable help. Spectrum, in our case, has allowed their staff to do their job without the micromanagement that is often seen with hospital or other companies that seem to spend their time just filling out paperwork with little or useless therapy. Our OTA, Laurie, has gone above and beyond with understanding and PRACTICAL therapy that can be used on a daily basis.“
