Kent, Felisha and the entire team were absolutely amazing!! I had to quickly arrange care for my dad while my mom was unexpectedly in the the hospital. Benefits of home had someone lined up to care for my dad within a few hours!! In a very stressful time, they provided a team of care givers that were professional and treated my dad like he was family. Thank you!!!

I started my review of home care companies that had been recommended to me. I called Benefits of Home and Kent called me right back. I learned that BOH does not service the area where my parents live, but he still spent nearly 45 minutes on the phone with me providing valuable guidance and additional resources in caring for Mom struggling with dementia and Dad as her caregiver of the home. He even followed up via email with additional information. He had nothing to gain financially by providing service to my mom and dad, but clearly he has a passion to provide care. I cannot speak highly enough of benefits of home. They provided FANTASTIC care to my dad and helped prolonged his time he could spend in independent living. The staff is kind, respectful and helpful. The staff communicated with me with his ever changing needs or concerns. I felt he was well taken care of.
