Mike was quick to respond to my initial inquiry regarding building a 24x30 shop. Soon after talking he provided me a reasonable estimate and plan. Due to weather delays, the project took a little extra time, but the end result was exemplary and exceeded my expectations.
I found Mike easy to work with, communicated well, and did everything he said he would do. The crews did great work from concrete, to framing, to painting.

Mike was our home builder for our first house. Mike's pricing was itemized and very detailed, which not only impressed us, but impressed our realtor as well! There we no price surprises during the process. When we went through our selections, all the businesses that worked with Mike would always mention that Mike uses high quality materials, which I definitely agree with. As expected, there were some hiccups along the way, but Mike made sure to work with us on the corrections, took full responsibility, and didn't blame anyone else for the errors. Mike Love Construction is by far the best company you can come across if you’re looking for A+ construction or remodeling to be done. We wanted to get an addition put on our home and every stage was perfect! We have an older house and by the end of construction, our house is the most talked about in town. Every person involved, from the our contractor in charge (Rick Love) to the builders and painters, were highly respectful and gave 100% in their work. Everything from the first quote to the final inspection was awesome. If you had a question, it was answered right away and if a problem reared its ugly head, it was fixed in a snap! If you need work done, don’t hesitate calling. You will not regret it! I can’t say enough good things about this company. Great prices. Great Work. Great People!
