I called 3D at 8:45 on one of the hottest days of the year. It was forecast to be over 100F again for the 7th day in a row. I was amazed that they said they could have someone at my house to fix my water source heat pump in 45 minutes. Patrick made it with time to spare. His expertise showed as he had it up and cooling in 20 minutes. I called 3D later to tell the boss to give Patrick a raise. Come to find out, he IS the boss. I hope I don't need 3D again for a long time, but if I do, the number is stored in my phone. Thanks Patrick.Services: HVAC system maintenance

Nick was very friendly andmade sure to take every step to ensure that my AC was functioning properly before he left. He was running behind the time I was told he’d be here but he kept constant communication to make sure I knew exactly when he’d be here. Will be a repeat customer should I have any more issues in the future.Service: A/C system maintenance
