I was immediately impressed with the amount of individual attention that I received upon joining. I had 4 individual sessions with Dustin, who took time to discuss my goals, access any areas that needed work and create a program specifically for me. My first small group training session was awesome. Right away I could tell this was the place for me!! The trainers, Chase, Jarod and Ben are the best!!! They are excellent motivators and they all take time to help with the set up of each exercise and check your form. The 55 minute session goes by so fast!! Tracking my workout on the iPad is another bonus. I am able to record what I did in each session and track my progress. And I can tell you after 2 months I am seeing results! I am a runner who had been putting strength training on the back burner. Now that I have committed to 2 days a week at BridgeFit I can tell a difference in my runs. My times per mile are decreasing. And I feel so much better!! I have had friends comment that they can see the changes as well! It is truly the best decision I have made! “Ryan is a great trainer for my 13 year old son and I. He was very flexible with our schedule and very knowledgeable. My son and I have different goals and workouts but he was able to work with us both at the same time so it was convenient and allowed us to have a mother/son activity together. The environment is wonderful since he really limits how many people are there at one time. We often have the place to ourselves or just one other person. That personal attention is great. I appreciate Ryan’s techniques and how he is able to push both my son and I just enough to feel good and get stronger. Highly recommend!“

“As a woman who has spent several years away from the gym focusing on the yoga studio, I have been reinvigorated by joining the Body Shop Gym. I knew that I wanted to return to the gym and work on strength training. With so many years away from the weight lifting equipment, I was looking for a trainer to show me around the gym and challenge my current fitness level. The body shop matched me with Erica, and she has been amazing! She has shown me how to operate almost every piece of equipment in the gym in about one month. We have a session once a week. I highly recommend hiring a trainer, at least once a week, to help challenge and encourage you. With Erica's guidance, I am already feeling increased strength and can see my muscles getting tight and toned . The best part is when I go to the gym I am not intimidated by any of the equipment! This is the perfect gym for someone that is serious about training, but doesn't want to pay for all of the extras that you would get at a large fitness facility. “I moved to Kansas a little over a year ago and tried getting in shape on my own, but realized I had hit a plateau and felt unmotivated. I decided to try in person one-on-one training to see if it'd help, and it has made such a difference.
I work with Chris and Jeff every week, each having different training styles which complement each other perfectly. My workouts are curated to me and my goals. Chris even came to my apartment's gym to create a plan for me to do on the days I'm not training with them.
In 6 weeks my motivation and consistency is the best it's been in a while. My strength and stamina have improved tremendously. I am lifting heavier, my nutrition and sleep have improved, and I can push myself with my cardio (proof is I keep PRing in my Peloton classes).
Everyone there is friendly and inviting, and just want to help in any way they can. It's a great atmosphere and I highly recommend Live Fit to anyone looking for great workouts with results.“
