When I discovered Pilates in 2010, this was the first studio I went to, and on my first visit there, I knew I had found where I belonged. Kahley is an exceptional instructor. She provides personalized instruction and guidance, ensuring all exercises are done with proper form and technique. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. Wonderful, welcoming studio space! Found this Pilates studio through ClassPass & it is exceptional. Instructor was patient & gave excellent cuing throughout class for beginners to pros in my Pilates Reformer class. Challenging, lengthening, strengthening, fabulous core & full body workout! Studio offers newest tech equipment & fantastic props for Pilates Reformer, Jump Board, FitSprings Classes plus Private Sessions. Also Infrared Sauna Therapy & shower. Take a class! Highly recommend!

I have been practicing Pilates since 2009. I’ve been to several studios, trained by many teachers and I’ve found a forever home at Pilates by Kahley. I am challenged at every class and get stronger week after week. While Kahley is my main teacher I’ve taken classes from many of her instructors and they are all well trained and make class fun! No two classes are the same and I learn a new move every week. Thanks for sharing your gift with us Kahley!
