I wish I could give them 6 stars! Pilates of KC is the absolute best studio in Overland Park. Debbie is a phenomenal teacher with an expert eye for correcting your form to ensure you’re targeting the correct muscle groups. Cannot say enough great things about this wonderful studio ?
Debbie’s classes are always so amazing! Her energy is the best & she always makes sure I’m in the correct form so that I can get the most out of my workout. I feel consistently stronger each class. Thanks Debbie!
I thoroughly enjoy Debbie’s classes. Her attention to detail with movement and body position is incredible! She never lets me get “lazy” with movement/body position. An instructor that cares about each individual person creates an atmosphere people can’t resist. I love this studio! ?
