We had a fantastic experience with Johnny and Justin, who just left our home after fixing a leaky washer!!! We received same day service, and these young men were able to determine our problem and have it fixed within minutes! They even started the washer and waited to make sure it was no longer leaking before leaving. We appreciated their professional skill and their pleasant personalities. Mr. Fix It will remain our "go to" for future appliance repairs.
I called an appliance repair company to repair my GE oven door. The door was showing its age from years of cooking. As a result, liquid and food got in between the triple glass door. The service tech told me he it was too difficult for him to repair. He also told me he knew of a local appliance repair store called Mr. Fix It that had fixed things for other clients that he couldn't. I took the door to Mr. Fix It and they agreed to work on it. Mr. Fix It was able to repair the door quickly and easily. They cleaned the door so well it looked brand new and their prices were very reasonable. I was especially impressed with the professionalism of the manager Tom and the technician John. I highly recommend them for their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure the job was completed correctly. As a bonus they always offer you a cold water or soda from their loaded fridge!
