“Working with Home Town Exteriors was an absolute joy! Nick is very hands-on from start to finish, explaining everything clearly and going over siding options. I never felt he was "upselling" on anything.<br><br>There are a couple of seemingly little things that made this company so great to work with, both of which fall under basic courtesy--something the other companies I talked to lacked. Nick arrived about 10 minutes early for our first meeting (per my Ring cam), and he didn't knock on my door until our meeting time! I was working until our planned time, and this was just a really nice thing to do. He also never made me feel like I *had* to talk on the phone (though we did a couple of times). This was great for a number of reasons, from preferring to get high-cost things in writing to simply not enjoying talking on the phone!<br><br>My "toxic trait" is that I am a bit too much of a planner, meaning I tend to be very proactive about upcoming work dates and such. I know this bugs some people I hire, but I never felt that way from Nick.<br><br>The crew worked incredibly quickly. Everything I found said the work could take as much as 2x as long as it did! I didn't have a huge job, but I have a feeling a couple of things were unnecessarily complicated (though they never said as much) because of the quality of the original work.<br><br>Overall, if and when I need services they offer again, they'll be the first people I call.“
