Mark and his crew were absolutely great throughout. He came over the next day to take a look at my old roof and provide a reasonable estimate. He showed up with his crew less than two weeks later and did the job in one day. I highly recommend these guys.

April storms ripped off a number of shingles on our roof. We contacted Brady Phillips at Downunder Roofing, having used his services on earlier projects. Quick response. Helped us understand what had happened to the roofing system and the repairs which needed to be done. Brady helped us walk through the insurance claim process, including being present when the adjustor made his visit. The crew Downunder provided was focused and careful, working quickly to remove the damaged shingles and then to apply completely new sheathing and shingles.
