The barber's chairs have been outfitted with cars for the kids to sit in, they have toys, TVs with cartoons, and even gave my son a balloon at the end.
My son's stylist Jailen listened to our request perfectly and nailed the cut.
It says online they do adult cuts as well, so you can get everyone a trim in one stop.

I recently talked to a neighbor who had complications after heart surgery. This person got an infection afterwards and had to take antibiotics through a pic line. This person was upset that nobody from the many doctors to the home health people could give any information relating to when the pic line would come out, etc. This had been an ongoing problem. After hearing this, I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Daniel Geha and the Ward Parkway Health Services staff taking care of me. I have never had to wonder what was needed and why, how it would be taken care of and when, and if my other doctors and home health care givers where on the same page. Communication betwrrn Dr. Geha and Dr. David Anderson (knee surgery surgeon) was and still is taking place. In today's world of medicine where there are multiple doctors involved in a patient's care as it relates to isolated problems as well as overall care, it is imperative that communication to all those involved, doctor, care givers, physical therapists and patient, be considered just as important as the actual medical procedures, etc. Dr. Daniel Geha and the staff at Ward Parkway Health Center have my gratitude, respect and genuine appreciation and thanks for all that they do to take care of me and all their patients.

I had even gone through pelvic floor PT at a hospital for 6 months and found that was not helping. I could not imagine a life without pelvic pain and thought the pain would never go away.
But thanks to Jen and Addy, my PTs at Foundational Concepts, I have gained so much hope and confidence. I worked for almost 3 years with Sara Noble and her team on a new build in Loch Lloyd. This was the first time I had used a designer before we even broke ground. She created a partnership between the builder and subs which was invaluable. This process is very overwhelming from tile, cabinets, paint, lights, faucets, flooring etc. Sara and her team helped us distribute funds appropriately so that we were spending money on the things that were permanent and expensive to change. We can't Thank Sara and her team enough for creating our forever home that is exactly what was envisioned from day one.
I had a referral appointment for this office, I came in 20 minutes early and they saw me almost immediately and got me taken care of quickly and with care! Wonderful experience and I feel much better than when I came in. The staff and Dr Dunfield were very nice and helpful.

Moved to KC a couple a years and have been jumping from one barber to the next. FINALLY I found Chali. She fit me in right away, listened to me fumble through explaining what I like, and then used her experience and skill to give me a PERFECT cut! On top of that, she makes the experience a blast. Gotta tell you, it feels great to finally find someone!
I've gotten my haircut here over the past few years and I've only had excellent experiences. Joe is great at chatting, but can also pick up on if you would rather have a quiet cut. These are the best priced cuts in the area, and Joe is quick, but not in a way where you feel he didn't put enough work into the cut, he's just that experienced and gives me a great cut every time.
Liz is an incredible hair stylist, she expertly wrangles my curls into an easy-to-style masterpiece (no small feat!) that I can actually replicate on my own (also no small feat!). Not only that (but that is more than enough for me), she gives her clients the royal treatment, often going the extra mile with a hand massage, or a massage via her massage chair, or a deal on one of her excellent products, to mention a few. She is a cut above (pun intended) and worth every dollar spent (tip her good, she's worth it!).
I've been going to Salin Ami for a few years. Now that I need regular color they have been fantastic. Even with a change in staffing a few times- I still get taken care of and leave a beauty. Products are expensive but what products aren't now. The owner is a great hair stylist, knowledgeable and good manager. She is as pests looking for better ways for her business to run so customers will be happy.

After 25 years I decided to grow my beard back and within a month I needed a trim. Now I’ve been back 3 times to keep from getting to look by Gabby Hayes, the old codger from the 50’s and 60’s. Jake in the last chair seems to know what I want to look like. Cheaper than the salon I used to go to.
As a trans person, getting haircut can always be an adventure. You never know how you’ll be received or if your stylist understands what you’re asking for. But, I had such a good experience with Taylor Wilburn. She was very nice and gave me the exact cut I was looking for! She never made me feel awkward or exoticized even once! For any other queer people in the area who are nervous about getting a haircut, I can’t recommend her enough!

Service requested- I requested a 3 on the sides and a 4 on the top they perfectly did both request and cut way better than sports clips which i just had transitioned from. Quality- They cut my hair very well and kept asking me what I wanted cut exactly so I get the perfect haircut that I want. Vibe- The vibe felt very chill and vintage. One of my favorite things about The Gents Place is free mints, games, and alcoholic beverages. Price- The Gents Place is expensive and my cut cost almost 60 dollars but it was well worth the price with the good quality and free mints
I had my first spray tan experience here and it was great! Jessica is fast and efficient. She answered all of my questions. Before the appointment she sends out tips for prep and after care which was really helpful. It’s now the next day and I LOVE how my tan looks! Super natural and perfect if you have a special event, vacation, or just for fun. 10/10 would highly recommend!
Facility was spectacular. Shelby was welcoming and very knowledgeable! She got me set up on a perfect tanning bed and regiment to be ready for my wedding in 3 weeks. Amazing experience!

I have been going to Lauren for years. I followed her to her new place in Town Center Plaza. She does excellent work! I have fine, straight hair, and she knows the best cuts for my hair type. I also get highlights, and Lauren always makes my hair look great. I highly recommend Lauren!!

I had my lashes done at ALS in Leawood and loved the relaxing experience. Alyssa has the softest touch and does an amazing job! If you want to talk during your appointment, she’s good with that or lets you relax for an hour. My lashes had many compliments and had super retention. She’s the only one I trust with my lashes!
I very much enjoyed my appointment with Cristian today. He is a calming, confident presence… as well as knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. The salon environment and ambiance was relaxing and comfortable. Very pleased.
Olivia was amazing! I was in KC visiting family, and I made a spur of the moment decision to finally get my hair cut after 2 long years. She was able to fit me in last minute, and was understanding when I showed up a few mins late because I was unfamiliar with the location of the salon and my Google Maps took me to the wrong side of the building. She listened carefully to what I wanted done (a simple, no-fuss, wash and wear cut that would be easy for this mama of 5 to maintain lol), and she executed it beautifully!! She was also a delight to talk to. Overall, it was a 5-star salon experience!

This is about a 30 minute drive for me but well worth it and easy to navigate. The lofts are very nice, clean and beautifully decorated with a spa vibe. She is so good at what she does that you do have to be sure to book out a while in advance. It's easy to make an appointment online and then book your next appointment while in the office. I absolutely love how quick she is while also being super thorough. I'm in and out in a jiffy. It's easy to pay online and customer service is exceptional.

Angelo Catenacci and his construction team, including Brad Ballenger, were the best contractors we’ve worked with. They recently remodeled our home by making a very small bedroom into a new master suite, bath and walk-in closet using existing unused space. They were not only hardworking, but enjoyable to work with. Both Angelo and Brad were involved the entire time, and shared advice and ideas making the project better. Their attention to detail and quality of work was impeccable! All in all, just a great and honest company to work with, and plan on doing many more projects. He sent me text messages calling me vulgar names and even threatened me . The text were so bad that I went to the police station and showed them the text messages and made a report just incase the person acted on his threats .

Yesterday, I was blessed to be able to go in with my grandson while he had a tooth extracted. Dr. Donna Thomas was very professional, but yet very nurturing to not only the patient but to me while we were experiencing this procedure. I was so touched with her kind and professional words she spoke to my grandson while doing a difficult task. Dr. Thomas spoke to my 7 yr. old grandson in a way that he completely trusted her by holding still and listening to her guidance.When she finished, I had to hug her and thanked her for the great experience we both had. She's awesome! Wish I could have had that kind of experience when so was a child.

I did equestrian and other high impact sports when I was young & have owned salons for 20 yrs. As a result, chiropractic care is a part of life for me. This is by far the best practice I’ve ever visited. Have regularly visited Stephen since 2012. I’ve seen it all in Chiropractors over 25 yrs. They are 100% professional. Philosophy to “best approach” definitely varies with chiropractors, but KC Sports Docs perfectly combine sports therapy (or repetitive motion injury in my case) with traditional alignment techniques. Highly recommend for anyone, especially those who have a physically demanding job or lifestyle.
I can't say enough good things- dr McLain took her time, discussed both my dogs and did a very thorough exam. She backed up all recommendations with evidence and very clear she loves her job. Roxanne took her time getting to know my dogs and providing them comfort and not to mention helped entertain my toddler!!! Everyone on this team is 10/10.

Inna is the best massage therapist I've ever seen! You can tell right away that she's mastered the arts of pleasantry, precision, and slight of hand. Her personality and professionalism showed throughout. She found and worked on all of the areas that needed it; and spent extra time on those areas. The quickness and understanding of the force on those muscles that she targets ends up allowing her to use more pressure because she knows how to use slight of hand to help draw away the buildup on that muscle away by quickly and smoothly jumping to other muscles, and drawing back in the other direction, so that any pain doesn't cross the threshold. If you want a real massage, 10/10 recommend Inna.
Booked with them last minute and they had no problem accommodating me. Katelyn (I hope I spelled her name right) was awesome. She wasn’t too talkative, which I was fine with since I just wanted to relax, but regardless of the not talking too much, she made me felt welcomed and comfortable.
Bc this is my first time ever getting a massage professionally done, it hurt more than it felt good but I’m sure it’s bc of my lack of massages. Writing this review a couple hours later I do feel great! Hopefully booking with them more and gaining more knowledge of massages will help me rate this better! Nonetheless, I do recommend this place for first timers.

Dr. Alexander, Toni (nurse practitioner) and Becky (RN) work very well together and the office is a well oiled machine. Pricing is explained and offered in written form, and in my opinion, the care and treatment I’ve received here is worth the cost. If you are dealing with health issues that your GP and/or other specialist hasn’t been able to figure out, this is where you want to go. These ladies dig deep to find the root cause of your issues and iron them out by healing your body, not by masking the symptoms. They also look deeper into preventing other issues that may arise as you age. I’ve been coming here for 7 years and am The healthiest I’ve ever been.
Any time my back pain flares up, I visit here to get fixed. Sunshine works miracles. I highly recommend her deep tissue massage. My sciatica goes away for months to a year after I get her deep tissue massage.
I've been in a couple of times now, and have received excellent service, and wonderful massages. My most recent massage with Mariah was exceptional!
Her hands never seemed to stop moving.
Her deep tissue pressure was wonderfully consistent; and if her fingers found a knot, it was going to relent before she would.
I walked out not knowing exactly which way was up or where I was at.
