My experience with Red Light Therapy at Red Spectrum Health has been wonderful! After just 3 sessions my energy level had improved so much that I no longer needed to drink a caffeinated beverage to get through the afternoon and I am powering through my workouts. Now that I’ve had regular sessions for several months I’m seeing improvements in my hair and skin as well as a decrease in body aches. It’s a warm and inviting office with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!!
I'm so glad I found this place! Red light therapy has been a God send. I feel less pain in my right knee. I see a difference in my energy level and sleep better at night. Am added benefit has been seeing some of my skin tighten in various areas.
I suffer from flare up's of Canker Sores, often several at a time which are very painful. A friend recommended I try Red Light Therapy to help the healing process. I was a bit skeptical at first but after two treatments, the pain reduced significantly. Red Spectrum is my go to for such treatments!
