“This clinic is literally life saving. I fall in the coverage gap, meaning being added to insurance through my husband's job is more than we can afford ($600 biweekly) and we make too much to qualify for Medicaid, but not enough to qualify for discounts and programs available through the Healthcare marketplace.Without St. Vincent's, I would be left with no medical care and no medication for the multiple chronic health conditions I am currently fighting. So, just the fact that they exist is a big plus! However, the real reason they deserve a rave review is the exemplary service of the ladies that run the front desk, the skilled nurses, and nurse lractioners and doctors who truly listen and make it clear they are there because they genuinely care.I am always met with warm smiles and friendly greetings. For the first time I can remember, I feel listened to and cared for my medical professionals without judgment.Truly wonderful clinic. My first positive experience with medical professionals.“

“I was recently in the Er. I came in with alot of pain. and had just had a bad experience at a obgyn. I had Dr Alex and nurse Tammy. yes I was frustrated I felt like I was being ignored after sitting for 3 hrs with no word from anyone. Dr. Alex and Tammy was doing things to help me and I didn't realize they had been contacting other Dr's etc etc Dr Alex took the time out to run several test on me and explained to me very well what the issue was. Tammy was amazing! they understood i was having a difficult time. at one point I called the supervisor of the floor I do believe that's what she was Wendy. she came into my room with an attitude right off the jump. then the Dr was trying to explain something to me and she cut him off very rudely. I asked her to leave my room. I do give Dr Alex and nurse Tammy 10 stars. Wendy on the other hand desrves to have 0. Thank you Dr Alex and Nurse Tammy for treating me and caring about my needs. and explaining everything to me in a detailed manner.“

“I'm not good about taking care of my health so I finally broke down and made an appt. I got in so fast with Dr. Buss!! He is young so I was kind of skeptical but omg... He is GREAT! I love him already. He listened to everything I said and asked me a whole bunch of questions to get to know me!! He apologized for having me wait a little bit but really the wait wasn't long at all. He sent me to get some lab work done, which is in the same building, and that went so fast too! If your looking for a new doctor or clinic..give them a try! Everyone there was so nice!“
