“I am 74 years old and I normally don’t Wright reviews. But I am going to for this company Kaw Valley Computer and it's owner Rob because of the outstanding service that I have received over the years that I have been doing business with them. I stumbled on to Kaw Valley Computer back in 2012 when my desk top started having problems. The computer was fixed at the repair facility. After moving to Alabama in 2014 I started having some problems again. I called Kaw and they set me up with a remote and one of their specialists had it repaired in short order. My laptop needed some maintains and again they handled the problem with speed and professionalism. Well here we are in 2016 and it is time to let the old Vista go and upgrade to Windows 10. What should have been a simple routine operation turned out to be a night mare. My internet provider was having problems with their system. When Kaw Valley Computer tried to download information to my computer the transition would disconnect and stop the poses then the system would start up again and then fail again. The Teknion that was working on it did not let that detune him. After 2 ½ to 3 days he prevailed. And got my computer set up. Now my system is in great shape thanks to Kaw Valley Computer and the outstanding tensions that are employed there. I know that this is a long article and if you are still with me I would recommend Rob and the staff at Kaw Valley Computer to any one that needs help with their computer needs.
