A great choice if you feel like other businesses don't care about your time or projects, I had my computer looked at for what I thought was driver issues but turned out to be the graphics card and ram being faulty, and they even suggested replacement parts for my needs, the diagnostic and the repair for the hard drives was only 75 dollars which I think is a fantastic price, and they responded quickly and well as I explained the issues that weren't hard drive related, and eventually we got to the bottom of the problem, I'm very happy with the service and would recommend if you're looking to support a small business and have someone competent and caring to help fix your...read full review

Mike went above and beyond for me. My build ended up requiring quite a bit more substitutions and support than I had originally accounted for and he handled it all with grace and got me a pc that runs flawlessly. Thanks for all of your help man!
