“Jake came in, took the time to review my slow draining kitchen sinks. He took the time to sort out proper solutions both short term and long term providing good information on the benefits of each. In the end I chose to do the long term option and am very glad I did. My under sink looks cleaner and more organized than ever and I am happy not to have any galvanized pipes anymore. He showed me a picture of the work done in the crawl space and of the inside of galvanized pipe he replaced which was VERY nasty. On the latter, Joe handled bringing in someone to trench the yard to the line and do the backfill, and got the job done quickly despite the ground being frozen solid!“

“I can't thank Larson & Sons enough!!! We came home over the weekend of all day dirty, sweaty sports with the kids, to find a septic backup in our basement due to a clog! No one got to shower or flush that night! Yuck!!! In less than an hour of calling first thing in the morning, 2 young men showed up! They were SO nice and really knew what they were doing! “We have the annual maintenance plan with polestar that comes with the heating/AC tune up which also comes with the annual plumbing inspection. The technicians are always polite and professional, which is important because my family is typically at the house at the same time. Recently, Rico completed a plumbing inspection for us and did a great job. He was able to explain some things he found and advised recommendations he had. He also mentioned that our water pressure was low and offered to change it based on our preferences. We will continue to use polestar because the price is competitive. And we feel we get a lot of value from them.“
