“We have used Advanced Leak Locators twice now, so I felt it was time for a review. We have been thrilled with not only the quality of their work but the value. The first time we used them was in 2021 when we had a pipe leak under the concrete deck of our pool to our plumbed-in slide. They had to remove part of our pool deck, remove the pea gravel and repair the leak before pouring fresh concrete. We have not had an issue there since. This year, we noticed that we were losing water in our pool at a rapid rate and couldn't figure out why. Chris came out and not only found a small hole in our liner, but found out our pump wasn't functioning properly and that was the main source of the leak. A small patch and gasket replacement later, we were back in business. Chis was responsible, reliable and friendly. I think when you have a pool and not a ton of knowledge, it can be easy to get taken advantage of. The integrity that Chris and his company has shown, speaks for itself. They're the only company we will use for these kinds of issues in the future.“

“The crews that came out to my house to fix my plumbing issues were top notch. When I built my house, we had a horrible general contractor at first who brought with him a horrible plumber. Water doesn't flow uphill, but the idiot did that on the main line. Well Anthony has been my go to for a while and when it came to this job they exceeded my expectations.The work took longer than expected (not the crew's fault). There were issues getting through the wall because I overbuilt my house, yet despite all of this, the 4 guys had smiles on their faces. They communicated with me constantly, were pleasant, and in the end got the job done RIGHT. They could have cut corners, they didn't. They could have done it "good enough" but instead opted to do it right. They earned my future business.Sure I could have gone cheaper, but I am confident that I would have been disappointed or been hit with hidden fees. “I called several companies to come and do some work on my mobile home. Crosby was the only one that would come out. My nine-year-old had just started her Menstrual cycle and flushed a bunch of “flushable wipes” down the toilet. It ended up clogging and backing up all of my bathtubs and flooding the toilet. They came from Lenexa I believe all the way to Lawrence KS, and fixed my issue in less than an hour for only 149$. Very highly recommend these guys!“
