From the initial quote to the job being completed, Scott, Isaac and the crew were beyond amazing!!! Scott provided a very thorough quote that included everything required to complete our project. He was very patient and presented multiple drafts of the quote due to color changes and other variables. Once finalized, Scott took the time to be sure we understood all the different phases of work to be completed. The communication from the initial email all the way through job completion was much better than we expected!!! Every question was answered and the workmanship was flawless. Scott & Isaac made sure the final product met their very strict standards. We saw this first hand when certain areas had to be removed & replaced. My go-to for all cleaning needs! They are fast, inexpensive, and do amazing work. You get a text message as soon as they are finished so you never have to wonder if it's done. They even do comforters and almost any other cloth you can think of. I will be routinely going back.
I usually go for three bids on any project. Smith Brothers was the only bid I got. The others were companies I'd even used before. I would have probably picked them anyway and will toss my three bid rule next time I need tree work. Fair. Fast. Fantastic. Tim, Scott and crew were pleasant neat and worked out a compromise trimming that satisfied my wife and me. The tree won't get better, but we'll get a few more years from it.
Just visited again after going elsewhere for a year or two. This time I visited the Fairway location. Pleasant experience again. Everything is ordered, just waiting on my lenses.
