“Ladd has done a few home projects for me now. I was sold on them the very first project. I converted a spare bedroom to a washer dryer room. So they installed the plumbing and 220 electrical. The plumbing work was flawless, but the tech broke my 220v. I had to pay an electrician to fix it and he showed me what the Ladd tech did wrong.

But here's where I became sold on Ladd. Some vendors would just claim "not our fault" and take your money and run. Ladd Co. stood behind their work, once they verified with the electrician, they reimbursed me the full cost of the electrician work. Vendors are going to make mistakes from time to time, but it's the vendors that take full accountability that you want to hang on to for return business.“

“I contacted Robin for an AC system replacement quote due to a freon leak "diagnosed" by another local company. Robin listened to my needs and scheduled an appointment for me as soon as possible. Rob identified the true issue with my AC system quickly and got it running as it should by replacing a small part (the contactor). They are professional and honest people.“

“I can't thank Larson & Sons enough!!! We came home over the weekend of all day dirty, sweaty sports with the kids, to find a septic backup in our basement due to a clog! No one got to shower or flush that night! Yuck!!! In less than an hour of calling first thing in the morning, 2 young men showed up! They were SO nice and really knew what they were doing! I was embarrassed to have someone come snake our pikes and deal with our "yuck"! However, they were extremely professional! I also had them peek at a leaky toilet I had, since they were here.
