“Our AC went out Thursday night. They were able to come out 9:30 the next morning (Friday). The compressor was bad (need a new unit). They tried a hard start kit to try and revive the compressor and maybe nurse it through the season. It didn't work, so they removed it and didn't charge me for it. The tech had two room ACs and left them for us until we could get the system replaced. They got the parts in the following Wednesday and were able to install the new AC and furnace on the following Friday. The techs were courteous, showed up when scheduled and finished the job before 4 PM. The new system works great!“
