Poor customer service and communication. Over the month it took to fix our heater, the techs were extremely late several times. No one got back to us with a quote when they said they would. Multiple part problems with items being on back order, not ordering everything needed or had to order from the manufacture and another service trip. The owner was extremely rude when trying to come to a resolution, blamed me for something the tech did and never once apologized. Not customer focused.
