Had them come out to check out my heater and found no issues with it because I was concerned about it they got here more quickly than I anticipated 10 out of 10 would recommend using them again

Can’t say enough about this experience. They’re honestly; they knew what they were competing against and were up front with strengths and weaknesses. As we compared the systems the value tipped us to HQ. I hope and trust that with the contract maintenance we will get a full service live from these units. The installers were amazing. They treated our house like it was their own. On time, clean, professional and informative. It was a great all around experience. Service HQ came to my rescue! I was without heat on 2 floors of my home for 19 days. Old system went down December 23, 2022. The windchill at night was -19. I called numerous companies trying to get repairs. I finally gave up and decided to buy new. I ended up calling Service HQ. Wow! I talked with Casey Belknap. I told him my situation and asked when he could come and give me and estimate. He replied as soon as I got off the phone he would be on his way. He arrived as promised. Excellent offer on new units!
