“I love love love Invoke! I finally made it out to their 86th Street studio, and it's such a calming place to practice. I booked a class online like two weeks prior, but then forgot which class I had booked. But I remembered what date and time I was supposed to be there, so I showed up and found out that I had booked a heated vinyasa level 2 class! And wouldn't you know it, that day, I was nursing a lil' hangover. Holy hot yoga! I was totally unprepared physically, but mentally I was excited to challenge myself and told myself that if all else fails, there's no shame in taking a child's pose. I ended up having one of the best yogas sessions I've had in a long time, all thanks to my instructor that day, Jill. I have had her for outdoor yoga before, but this was my first time being in one of her studio classes. Jill was the perfect balance of encouragement and gentleness, and she played great music! The heated yoga classes are no joke -- they're pretty intense, but they're also relaxing and allow you to feel more open and flexible. Make sure to bring water and a towel!“

I tried a community yoga class (for $5) that was taught by a student in training which was wonderful. It was very relaxing mixed with a laid back workout. They played good music too throughout the class! The studio itself is adorable and I can't say enough great things about the staff and other people that were here. Everyone was so welcoming and almost everyone was calling me by my first name by the end of the night. They really make you feel like you're family, even if it's your first time there. “LA Fitness is clean and meets my fitness needs. I usually swim laps or do water fitness workouts when I go, and it’s rare that the pool has a closing. The water temperature is appropriate for lap swimming and water aerobics. I took a picture of me in one of my aquatic fitness outfits. Lol“
“Great workout facility with postive vibes. The gym floor is spaced out well. Theres plenty of bench and squat racks with lots of cable equipment. Currently enjoying a 7 day pass, highly recommend to anybody looking to get into fitness to try Crunch“
“It's a great facility! The indoor track to the large variety of weight equipment treadmills, ellipticals and people available to assist when you need it! They have an indoor pool where they have classes or you can just swim!“
