Lori is awesome so makes sure that you are doing the exercise correctly everyone is very friendly and you alway feel welcome when you walk through the door no matter who's class you take.
So glad I made the decision to try Inner Balance. This is a very welcoming, judgment free environment. The instructors are friendly and encouraging as well as other people I have met in the classes. I have tried yoga, barre, and Pilates and have enjoyed all of them.
Heide and the whole team have taken amazing care of my wife and I. Making appointments is easy, the service and expertise of everyone we've worked with has been outstanding. We've been able to easily give massages as gifts to family members and they've raved about the experience. On short notice with injuries we've been able to get help the same day and feel a major improvement. Couldn't be happier or recommend a place higher!
