When you first walk in you can already feel the peacefulness. Seth was so nice and pleasant and had me very relaxed. The massage was fantastic and I booked my next one, for longer time, before I left!!

I found this place online by googling yoga studios that have chair yoga available. I accessed their website and signed up for a chair yoga class which said was from 10:30 to 11:45 however the class ended at 11:30. It was a very good class the instructor had us do some chair yoga as well as work with light weights and bands and incorporated many of different poses. I'm thankful I found this place. It is in a safe feeling area of Brownsburg. It is very clean, there is parking available right outside the front door. My massuse was Leslie. She asked alot of questions upfront which allowed her to focus on the areas I need and also allowed me to be very comfortable with her. The rooms are private and calming with warm tables and soothing music. As she began to work through my knots and stiff muscles, she continued to ask how I was. She was also providing some advice on how to prevent from getting so stiff to begin with. After the session I was relaxed and felt so much better. I will be back! Also, you get a discount for your birthday!!
